Argentinian government decree sparks dispute with Flybondi Airline

Low-cost airline Flybondi could initiate arbitration proceedings against the Argentine government before the ICSID if it does not reverse its decree imposing fare bands on domestic flight operators, and if the Administrative courts reject Flybondi’s amparo proceedings to declare that decree unconstitutional, reports local media.
