Devas Investors serve new notice of arbitration in decades-long dispute with India

On 2 February 2022, the three “Devas Investors” – CC/Devas (Mauritius) Ltd, Telcom Devas Mauritius Limited and Devas Employees Mauritius Private Limited – served a new notice of arbitration on the Republic of India.
