European Commission files amicus curiae brief before the United States District Court for the District of Columbia to oppose enforcement of ICSID award against Spain

On 31 May 2022, the European Commission (EC) filed an amicus curiae brief (on behalf of the European Union (EU) in support of the Kingdom of Spain) before the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
