Naftogaz persists with arbitration proceedings against Gazprom despite sanctions threat

Naftogaz will persist with its arbitration proceedings against Gazprom before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) – regardless of the threat of Russian sanctions, or the risks to Europe’s gas supply.
