Perenco registers US$ 374 million ICSID award against Ecuador in Singapore and UK

On 26 August 2022, Perenco confirmed that it had registered the Award issued by an ICSID Arbitral Tribunal in Perenco Ecuador Limited v. Republic of Ecuador case (ICSID Case No. ARB/08/6) with both the General Division of the High Court of the Republic of Singapore and the High Court of Justice in the UK.
