Simco threatens Chile with an international lawsuit over alleged illegal expropriation of lithium assets

Mining company Simco has expressed astonishment at statements by Chile's Deputy Minister of Mining, Willy Kracht who considered that Simco's mining assets in the Maricunga salt flats to be unsuitable for lithium production and that state mining company Codelco could be awarded the exploitation of the entire site, as reported by Chilean media.
