Sino-German Consortium threatens Chile with investment arbitration proceedings over revocation of tender by Chile’s Civil Registry

Chinese company Aisino announced, on 16 November 2021, that it will appeal to various national and international adjudication bodies, following the Chilean Civil Registry Service's decision to revoke the award of a tender – awarded a month ago – for the development of new identity cards and passports.
