Thai Government reaches settlement with Australian mining company over long-standing arbitration proceedings

Australian Kingsgate Consolidated Ltd. and the Royal Thai Government agreed to end the arbitration proceedings that the company initiated in 2017 in response to the government’s decision to close the Chatree gold mine in late 2016.
