Trividia Health recovers $163,586.06 in attorneys’ fees, costs and interest incurred to confirm arbitration award against Nipro Corporation

On 31 May 2022, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York partially granted Trividia Health, Inc.’s motion to recover attorneys’ fees and costs in the amount of $163,586.06 plus post-award and pre-judgment interest at a rate of 9 percent per annum together with post-judgment interest at the federal rate specified in 28 U.S.C. § 1961(a) against Nipro Corporation (Trividia Health, Inc., v Nipro Corporation case (20-CV-8450 (VEC)).
