True Blue maintains a “cautiously optimistic outlook” that an amicable settlement can be reached with Grenada this year

In a media statement dated 23 January 2023, True Blue Development Limited (True Blue) said that the company “remain[s] open to the possibility of an amicable settlement” in the international Arbitration Proceedings instituted in July 2021 against the Government of Grenada before the World Bank’s International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
