US Court confirms Gebre’s USD 18 million foreign arbitral award against Kyrgyzstan

On 14 June 2022, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia (the Court) granted Gebre LLC’s motion for default judgement and confirmed a foreign arbitral award rendered under the aegis of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) for more than USD 18 million against the Kyrgyz Republic.
