US Court confirms USD 21 million arbitral award against the State of Libya

On 23 March 2022, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in Olin Holdings Limited v State of Libya granted Olin Holdings Limited’s Petition to confirm a final arbitral award issued by an ICC Arbitral Tribunal seated in Paris against the State of Libya.
